Creating Shipment Using LIA

Find the LIA button to open the LIA Chat. Enter your shipment details in the chat. LIA will confirm with you before creating or editing any records. When you have reviewed the results and are ready to proceed click on Approve.

You will find the newly created shipment by clicking on the hyperlink on the Shipment Name in blue.

You can also upload a csv, excel file or picture with the relevant shipment details.

By following these steps, you can easily create shipments within our platform and streamline your supply chain operations.

Deleting an Existing Shipment

Users can delete individual shipments directly from the Shipment Details page. This helps you remove test shipments, duplicates, or entries created by mistake.

To delete a shipment:

1. Open the shipment you want to delete.
2. Click the Actions menu in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Delete Shipment.
4. A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the details and click Delete to confirm and proceed.

After confirmation, the system begins processing the deletion. Once complete, a toast notification will confirm the shipment has been deleted and will offer a brief Undo option.
