Network Visibility

We’re excited to announce the  No Label Shipment feature in Sync. 
Now, you can create shipments without attaching a Sensos Label and track them using carrier data only. 

What’s New 

• Create shipments using only carrier + tracking number 

• Monitor carrier-tracked and device-tracked shipments side-by-side in Sync 

• Receive alerts on carrier exceptions for proactive issue management 

Why It Matters 
This gives you the flexibility to manage all shipments from a single platform, while optimizing tracking costs. 

Air Visibility

We’re closing the visibility gap in air freight. Sensos Sync now supports AWB-based flight tracking, giving you: 

• Real-time updates on departures, arrivals, delays, and cancellations 

• Lifecycle events from airline assignment to offloading 

• AWB entry via API or directly in Sync 

• Alerts and reporting integrated with your existing dashboard 

This feature ensures continuous visibility for all air shipments, not just those equipped with Sensos Labels. 

AI Natural Language Filtering 

We’ve made shipment filtering in Sync faster and more intuitive. You can now apply filters on the All Shipments page using plain language through LIA. 

What’s new: 

• Type requests like “Show me FedEx shipments with temperature alerts” instead of clicking through dropdowns. 

• LIA automatically translates natural language into Sync’s structured filters. 

• Visual confirmation of applied filters.
