Lean on LIA and ask to Pair including the IMEI to a shipment (see below).
Pairing a Shipment with a Sensos Device
Open the shipment details to pair a Sensos device. Either select the 3 dots and "Pair Device" of click on "Add Visibility", scroll down, and add the device's IMEI before saving your changes.
