EULA & Login Management

Understanding Your Sensos Sync Account

This article provides a comprehensive guide to the End User License Agreement (EULA) acceptance process and the enhanced account management features within the Sensos Sync platform. These features are designed to ensure a secure, transparent, and user-friendly experience.

End User License Agreement (EULA) Acceptance

Why EULA Acceptance is Required

To ensure a clear understanding and legal enforceability of the terms governing your use of Sensos Sync, all users are now required to explicitly accept our End User License Agreement (EULA). This process provides transparency and ensures that you are aware of the terms and conditions.

First-Time EULA Acceptance (New Users)

When you sign up for Sensos Sync for the first time, EULA acceptance is an integral part of the onboarding process:

  1. User Signs up: You initiate the signup process for Sensos Sync.
  2. Review EULA: You will be presented with the Sensos Sync EULA. You can optionally review the full terms using a scrollable modal window.
  3. Accept Terms: Click the "I Accept" button to agree to the terms.
  4. System Records Acceptance: The system securely stores your User ID, Acceptance Status, the specific EULA version, and the Timestamp of your acceptance.
  5. Access Granted: Once accepted, you are granted full access to the Sensos Sync dashboard.

EULA Updates (Existing Users)

From time to time, our legal terms may be updated. When a new EULA version is published:

  1. New Version Flagged: The Sensos legal team pushes a new EULA version to production and flags it as "active."
  2. Access Blocked (Temporarily): If you have not yet accepted the latest terms, you will be temporarily blocked from accessing the dashboard until you accept the new terms.
  3. Review and Accept: You will be prompted to review the new EULA version click "I Accept."
  4. Acceptance Updated: The backend updates your User ID, Acceptance Status, the new EULA version, and the Timestamp of your acceptance.
  5. Access Granted: You are then granted full access to the dashboard.

Viewing Your Accepted EULA

You can preview the End User License Agreement (EULA) that you have accepted at any time:

  1. Navigate to Profile: Go to your user profile settings within Sensos Sync.
  2. View Terms & Conditions: Look for an action button or link labeled "View Terms & Conditions."
  3. Open EULA: Clicking this will open the EULA as a PDF in a new browser tab for preview (no download required).
  4. Version Information: This view will also show the date of the last update and the specific EULA version you accepted.
