Interface Items
- AWB Field: A new “AirWay Bill” field appears in shipment creation and edit screens. Add an AWB at any time.

- Flight Info Panel: Once AWB is entered, a new section is added in the shipment card showing:
- Airline assignment
- Flight number
- Departure & arrival times
- Status (on-time, delayed, canceled)

Workflows
- Add AWB → Go to Shipment Card → From the 3-dot menu in the top right, choose Edit Shipment Details → Scroll down and Enter AWB → Save Changes.

- View Flight Data → Open the Shipment Card → Click on the airplane icon → Monitor progress.

- Set Alerts → Alerts are automatically triggered for delays, cancellations, or diversions. Adjust preferences in Settings.
- Viewing and Responding to Air Visibility Alerts
When Air Visibility detects an issue with a scheduled flight, Sensos Sync automatically generates an alert.
Types of Alerts:
- Product Left Behind at Origin:
Appears when a flight departs and the labeled shipment does not move with it.
Recommended Action: Confirm with the carrier or ground handler and rebook the shipment if needed. - Missed Connection Risk:
Appears when two connected flights have less than 30 minutes between the first landing and the next takeoff.
Recommended Action: Review routing and confirm with your freight forwarder to avoid delays.
Air Visibility Alerts appear in the Shipment Journey ans Event Log of your Shipment Card and in your Alert Center, alongside other Sensos alerts.

- Combine with Label Data → If a shipment also carries a Sensos Label, flight data merges automatically with hardware sensor data for one unified view.
