EULA Integration & Enhanced Account Management

We've implemented significant enhancements to the Sensos Sync login and account management experience, focusing on legal clarity, security, and user convenience.

• Mandatory EULA Acceptance: All users are now required to explicitly accept Sensos Sync's End User License Agreement (EULA) before accessing the platform.
  • New users will complete this step as part of a streamlined onboarding flow.
  • Existing users will be prompted to review and accept the latest EULA version upon their next login.
• EULA Accessibility: Users can easily view the accepted EULA at any time by navigating to Profile > Terms and Conditions within Sync. The version and acceptance timestamp are also displayed.
• Improved Login & Password Management:
  • New User Onboarding: A guided process for newly invited users to set their password and complete their profile, including EULA acceptance.
  • Secure Password Reset: Enhanced flows for resetting passwords via email or directly from the user profile, incorporating robust password requirements and clear validation.
  • Clear Error Handling: Improved messaging for incorrect credentials or expired links.

Shipment Documents Management

A powerful new capability in the Sensos platform that helps you upload, manage, and access critical documentation across your supply chain.

• Upload Multiple Documents: Attach up to 30 documents per shipment (up to 20MB each)

• Preview in Browser: Instantly preview .pdf, .jpg, .png, and .heic files without downloading

• Download & Delete Files: Manage documents individually with ease

• Automatic Metadata Logging: Each file is tracked with detailed metadata, including uploader, source, and timestamp

• Document Sorting: Files are auto-sorted by most recent upload

Supported File Types:

• Microsoft Office formats (.docx, .xlsx, etc.)

• .csv

• .pdf, .jpg, .png, .heic
