Battery Status Display
Sync calculates and displays the battery life status of each label using a clear, intuitive graphic representation. The following battery levels are shown:
This status is available in the shipment card/view header and in the all-shipments view, providing easy access to this critical information.
Battery Level Categories
The battery status is categorized into four distinct bins:
- Full battery: The label's battery is at or near its maximum capacity.
- Moderate battery depletion: The label's battery has experienced some usage, but a significant amount of power remains.
- Low battery: The label's battery is running low and may require attention soon.
- Critical battery level: The label's battery is critically low and requires immediate attention to prevent interruption of data transmission.
Battery Status Calculation
The battery status is determined using a sophisticated calculation that considers voltage differences and temperature adjustments. This approach ensures a more accurate representation of the battery's condition by filtering out transient fluctuations.
