The Sync Dashboard

The Sensos Sync Dashboard provides you with better visibility, more flexibility, and actionable intelligence—tailored to your role, your workflows, and your preferences. 

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard includes four distinct sections: 

1. Map View

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a global map displaying all active shipments in real-time. This bird’s-eye view offers immediate situational awareness across your supply chain. This map is interactive, and you can gain more information on your shipments by clicking them on the map. 

2. Network Insights

Directly below the map, high-level widgets summarize key insights: 

• All Shipments: View and filter all shipments by Status, Carrier, or Set (e.g., delayed, completed, in-transit). Click a filter to open a pre-configured view. 

• Alerts: Track alert volume and filter by status or carrier. 

• Devices: View label inventory and usage at a glance. 

3. Advanced Analytics

These widgets give deeper insights and can be adjusted by time range or status: 

• Shipment Volume: Filter by creation date, completion status, or carrier. 

• Shipment Cycle: View by shipment status or historical trends. 

• Alerts Over Time: See alert trends and average resolution times. 

• Alert Handling: Measure alert load and responsiveness across your team. 

4. Carrier Performance

Track and compare carrier-specific KPIs: 

• Total alert volume 

• Alert percentage relative to total shipments 

• Breakdown by alert type 

All carrier performance stats are filterable for deeper insights. 

Note: Creating new reports from scratch is currently not available, but full editing of duplicated reports is supported. 

Custom layouts and preferences are saved per user, account, and web browser. Each team member can build a dashboard that fits their role without affecting others.
