Sharing a Shipment Status

The Sensos platform allows you to easily share shipment status with anyone involved in the supply chain. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the specific shipment view you want to share.

2. Locate the three-dot menu in the top right corner.

3. Select "Share shipment."

   

A new window will open with a preview of the public link.
In that window, users can choose what to include with the public link: The report’s trigger, alerts, and the shipment’s milestones.

• Report's Trigger: Includes the trigger type for various events along the shipment's journey. If toggled off, the shared link will include only the events and their type (cellular or GPS).

  

• Alerts: Includes the alerts associated with the shipment

  

• Shipment's Milestones: Includes the milestones along the shipment journey

  

Once done, users can either copy the link or enter one email address or more (comma-separated) and hit the Send button.

This link provides live access to the shipment's location reports for 90 days.

• Users can generate a unique, mobile-optimized link for each shipment within Sensos Sync.

• This link directs recipients to a single-page view of the shipment specifically designed for mobile devices.

• No need for app downloads or logins – anyone with the link can access key shipment information on the go.

• The redesigned interface ensures all crucial shipment data, including location, status updates, and alerts, are clearly displayed and easily accessible on smaller screens.

PDF Reporting for Offline Sharing

In addition to sharing a live link to a shipment’s status, Sync now supports static, downloadable PDF reports via the Single Shipment Report feature.

• This is especially useful when sharing shipment data with external stakeholders who don’t have access to Sync.
• The PDF includes all key shipment data and logs, and can be tailored to include only the relevant sections.
• Ideal for auditing, partner communication, or regulatory documentation.

Look for the “Generate PDF” option in the shipment menu to begin.
