Some users in Sensos Sync work across multiple business units, clients, or regions. Until now, these users were restricted to a single tenant, which limited visibility and made supporting multiple operations cumbersome.
With the Tenant Switcher, you can:
- Seamlessly switch between tenants you’re authorized for
- Access accounts within each tenant without logging out
- Maintain data privacy and separation between business units, clients, or regions

Open different tenants/accounts in separate browser tabs
This update addresses a key challenge for enterprise customers and partners who need to manage complex networks while maintaining strict data boundaries.
Each tenant remains fully isolated - ensuring sensitive data stays within its domain - while authorized users gain the flexibility to move across tenants as needed for customer support, monitoring, and coordination.
The result: better data governance, stronger privacy controls, and full operational visibility across your connected network.
How it works
- Locate the Tenant Switcher
- Log in to Sensos Sync.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen (it likely shows your initials).
- You’ll now see a list of all tenants you have access to.
- Switch Between Tenants
- Select the tenant you want to access.
- Sync will reload with the correct tenant context - including the relevant accounts, dashboards, and permissions.
- This allows you to move seamlessly between business units, clients, or regions without logging out.
- Select the tenant you want to access.
- Work Across Tenants
- Within each tenant, the Account Switcher remains in its usual place on the left side of the navigation bar.
- You can still switch between accounts within a tenant as before.
- If you prefer, you can also open different tenants in separate browser tabs and work across them simultaneously - each will retain its correct context and data separation.

FAQ
- I don’t see multiple tenants. Why?
You only see tenants you’ve been explicitly authorized for. Ask your admin if you believe you need additional access. - What happens if two tenants have accounts with the same name?
They’ll still appear under their respective tenant. Tenant context is always clearly displayed in the UI.
