Sets - Self-Service Powerhouse

You can now define and manage your Sets, a powerful new feature that groups attributes like alert rules, destinations, and label settings. Assign your shipment to the right Set, and all relevant information is applied automatically. This eliminates the need for frequent contact with our customer success team, saving you valuable time and simplifying the entire process.

Enhanced Sensos Label: Deeper Insights & Extended Performance

• X2 Shock Sensor Frequency: Gain more accuracy with the enhanced shock sensor, allowing for more precise identification of potential mishandling and its impact on your cargo. This valuable data helps prevent cargo spoilage or damage, safeguarding your valuable shipment.

Improvements

GNSS

• New SSI GNSS FW – with improved fix and Accuracy.
• GNSS Fix Accuracy – an added layer of algorithm to improve the GNSS fix accuracy.
• Our default setting uses “best accuracy sample” with 15 seconds/samples for movement and 30 seconds/samples for static.
• GNSS attempts improvement in static – try again in static if we didn’t find a fix on the first static (even if the GNSS consecutive static power improvement is on)
• Add additional GNSS data to the reports – 2D accuracy, 3D accuracy and more.

NBIOT reception

• enable NBIOT lower CE levels (1,2) for activation – to improve activation in NBIOT only reception areas (China / UK etc).
• enable NBIOT lower CE levels (1,2) through configuration.

Shock

• Improve shock sensitivity by increasing the accelerometer frequency when shock is enabled to 50Hz (configurable up to 100Hz)
• Change the default shock timer from 15min to 10sec and the default shock duration to 20ms.

Bug Fixes

GNSS

• Fix wrong GNSS coordinates caching usage in movement.
• Fix the GNSS power improvements not to try GNSS again in static scenarios if we already have a cached fix (unless overridden by configuration).
• Fix a bug of weird temperatures (-2000C, 1450C etc.) on rare occasions.
• FOTA fixes.

Known issues / Limitations

• Temperature heating while GNSS is working - not recommended for temperature measurement while GNSS function is enabled on the device.
• Seal open detection requires 3-5sec of seal open in still state.
• FOTA still has modem related bugs that makes it unstable at times.
• SW resets may occur in low probability when activating GNSS (modem and MCU related).
