Cargo-Compliant "Air Safe" Technology

The Sensos Label is pre-flight approved by over 40 tier-one air freight providers and does not require a declaration. The Cold Chain version of the label uses sensors certified for ISO 17027 Calibration.

Understanding Information Printed on the Sensos Label

The bottom of the Sensos Label features a barcode and a QR code. Scanning either code with a barcode scanner or even your smartphone camera will reveal the label's unique identifier (IMI).

Above the barcode, you'll find the lot number. The third letter from the right indicates the year of manufacture, and the two following digits represent the production week.

Above the lot number is the hardware model number. The middle letter identifies the cellular provider supporting that specific label, which can be helpful if you require different coverage in various regions.

The small hole in the top right corner is the pressure sensor.

Finally, the trash bin icon indicates that the Sensos Label is disposable and should be recycled responsibly in a designated battery or electronics recycling bin according to local regulations.

While technically possible, the label is designed for single use to avoid reverse logistics complexities.

3. Can the Sensos Label report data while at sea/in air?

The label requires cellular coverage to communicate. Data is collected during flights and ships and transmitted upon landing or nearing the shore.

4. What is the location accuracy of the Sensos Label?

• Cellular tower triangulation: ~1 km accuracy
• Satellite Navigation (GPS): ~10 m accuracy

5. Does Sensos Label require reverse logistics?
