The Sync Dashboard
Your Comprehensive Supply Chain Command Center
The Sensos Sync Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your supply chain activity. Here's a breakdown of the key sections you'll find:
On the Dashboard
You'll see a snapshot of your shipments, alerts, and inventory levels, allowing you to quickly assess your supply chain health.
By leveraging the Sensos Sync Dashboard, you can gain a clear understanding of your supply chain activities, identify potential issues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your operations.

Labels Inventory
On the left side, you can monitor your remaining Sensos Label inventory. This helps you ensure you have enough Labels for upcoming shipments and forecast your needs. To order additional Labels, click the button in this section.

Active Shipments
This section lists your entire array of active shipments by status:
- Created: The number of newly created shipments and their percentage of the total active shipments.
- Paired: Shipments successfully paired with their Labels and their percentage of the total.
- Pending Dispatch: Shipments about to be dispatched and their percentage.
- Ready for Dispatch: Shipments prepared to begin the dispatch process and their percentage.
- In Transit: Shipments currently on the move and their percentage.
- Arrived: Shipments that have successfully reached their destinations and their percentage.

Alerts
This section displays the total number of current alerts categorized by type, like security, temperature, shock, and lifecycle. A pie chart provides a visual breakdown of the different alert types and their percentages. Hovering over the chart reveals a detailed view with additional data for each alert group.
The lower section shows information about shipments with open alerts. A bar chart divides these shipments into categories: Pending Alerts, In Progress, Follow Up, and Back on Track, with each category showing its percentage of the total.

Handling over time
This section provides a delivery time analysis based on data from your shipments.
The top bar presents the average time to resolve alerts and the number of shipments at risk per month, including trends.


Map View
The bottom of the dashboard displays a world map with your active shipments. You can zoom in and out, focus on specific shipments, track real-time locations and transfers, and gain valuable information regarding alert status, timestamps, and more.
