Updated User Personal Preferences (UPP)

We've enhanced the UPP feature to automatically adjust temperature degrees and distance units based on system settings. This ensures a more personalized experience tailored to your preferences.

Webhook: A New Notification Method in Set Management

Introducing webhooks! As part of the Set creation process, you can now receive notifications via webhooks. Webhooks are used to post an event to another system over the web through an API. When a set is created, updated, or deleted, a webhook will send an HTTP POST message to trigger actions in your target application.

Benefits of using webhooks:

Real-time notifications: Receive instant alerts for important events.
Automation: Automate workflows based on set changes.
Flexibility: Customize your notifications to fit your specific needs.

To use webhooks:

Create a new set.
In the "Notifications" section, select "Webhook."
Enter the URL of the target system.
Add multiple URLs separated by commas, if needed.

By using webhooks, you can streamline your workflow and stay informed about changes to your sets.

You can now create shipments manually within the platform without using the API. To create a new shipment, see this article.

Advanced Shipment Filtering

We've added powerful new filtering capabilities to the "All Shipments" view, allowing you to easily find and manage your shipments. You can now filter shipments based on:

Source and Destination: Narrow down your search by specifying the origin and destination points.
New Alerts: View only shipments with recent alerts or notifications.
Alert Kind: Filter by specific alert types, such as temperature deviations or location updates.
Carriers: Select shipments from specific carriers.
Set: Filter by the set to which the shipment belongs.
Status: View shipments based on their current status (e.g., in transit, delivered).
Is or Is Not: Use boolean operators to create more complex filters.

This enhanced filtering functionality provides greater control and flexibility when managing your shipments.

Fixed issues for User Personal Preferences (UPP)

The All Shipments page will now only refresh its data after it's been idle for more than 5 minutes.
Fixed a bug that might have caused the UPP choice to not be respected between page refreshes.
