Sensos Sync automatically monitors your shipments and triggers alerts based on a wide range of predefined parameters you set. These alerts can include temperature fluctuations, shock events, security breaches, unexpected stops, and more.

Clear and Actionable Alerts

Each alert in the center provides a clear, at-a-glance overview. You'll see the shipment location, timestamp, duration of the event, and relevant details. No need to waste time searching for issues - just click the alert to view all the information.

Streamlined Communication

The dedicated Notes pane allows you to log actions, share updates, and collaborate with team members directly within the platform, streamlining your entire supply chain process.

Proactive Risk Management

Shipments are assigned Risk Statuses like "Back on Track," "Handling," "Follow Up," and "Pending Alerts." You can easily update these statuses as situations evolve, either manually or by dragging the alert card between status categories in the main view.
