Label Usage

How do I apply the Sensos Label?

Applying the Sensos Label is simple:

Clean and dry the surface where you will attach the label.
For standard tracking: Peel off the protective backing and firmly press the label onto a flat surface of your package.
For open/close detection (optional): Peel off the magnet on the back of the label to activate it. Apply the main body of the label to the top of the parcel, ensuring the open indication tab is perpendicular to the ground.

What happens if the label gets damaged?

While the Sensos Label is durable, any physical damage might affect its functionality. If you notice damage, contact Sensos support for a replacement. We recommend keeping a few spare labels on hand for such situations.

Important Note: Cutting or damaging the open/close flap will compromise the Label's ability to detect opening and closing events and may cause the Label to stop functioning altogether. Therefore, handle the Label with care to ensure its proper functionality.

Can I reuse the Sensos Label?

The Sensos Label is designed for single-use to eliminate the need for complex reverse logistics. However, the materials used are recyclable. Please dispose of used labels responsibly at designated electronics recycling bins according to local regulations.
